Tim's commentary:
"The accomodation at Fort Worden is a little funky, perhaps a little spartan but more than adequate. There are no radios or televisions. Subsitute a walk round Artillery Hill, a stroll on the beach or do some great birdwatching (one person I know has a life list of 220+ species from the Fort!).
There is a wifi hotspot at the Commons if you really need your fix of what is happening in the outside world. But on the other hand the nearest accommodation to the school is 200 yards away. You have to work at being late for school!
The continental breakfast at the Commons Cafe can be a variable feast (always on the good side though) with fresh coffee, pastries and fruit served by the ever cheerful Rochelle.
The students who've stayed there love it.
Some clarification - the cheapest rates depend on us getting a minimum of four students who'd like to share the accoommodation in the Junior Officer's Quarters. The Rate for the NCO's Row Houses is still a great deal compared to local motels."
